HYDERABAD: AICC secretary SA Sampath Kumar on Monday demanded that state govt reclaim the land allotted for the BRS party headquarters, alleging that the original purpose of the allotment has been grossly violated."The land was granted under the condition that it would be used to promote Telangana's culture, traditions, and contribute to the state's development. But today, BRS Bhavan has become a hub of anti-social activities," Sampath Kumar said, addressing the media.He alleged that criminal conspiracies, including attempts to destabilise the state, are being hatched from within the BRS party office in Banjara Hills. Sampath Kumar further asserted that the govt must take immediate action and seize premises. "The party, at the time of the land allotment, made lofty promises about promoting Telangana's ethos. But the activities now taking place within the BRS Bhavan are in violation of those assurances and flout established norms and regulations," he added.
