on Saturday. On seeing the incident, lake police constables who were nearby rushed to the spot and took the teen into custody.


“The boy looked in a drowsy condition while he was being questioned and gave inconsistent answers about his personal details. It seems from last three months he was undergoing treatment for a psychiatric disorder,’’said lake police inspector B Dhana lakshmi. The minor is a resident of Khairathabad.
