There was a lot of demand to install a new water pipeline. L&T was supposed to install the pipeline before the development of the road. There was a problem with how to install the pipeline without damaging the road. A decision was taken after discussions with officials, and instructions were issued to install the pipeline.He said traffic movement will be affected during the work. He said 3 metres of the road will be dug and 550 metres of pipeline will be installed.HDMC mayor Jyothi Patil, HDMC commissioner Rudresh Ghali, officials and others were present.
