Nabin asked booth-level leaders to expand outreach, urging each booth chief to personally connect with at least 60 voters in their areas. Targeting Congress, Nabin said, “The policy of BJP is ‘Nation First, Party Next’, unlike Congress,” and added that BJP follows a policy of “zero corruption.” He alleged Congress lacks the “policy, intention, and capability” to govern and accused it of “vote bank politics.”“The Congress used Assam for vote bank politics. BJP has the policy, intent, and capability, and we are working with the people,” he said. He set a booth-wise performance target, directing workers to secure at least 50% of votes in every booth across the state, calling it a benchmark for victory and a key metric for a 3rd consecutive term.
