Itanagar: Arunachal Pradesh food and civil supplies minister Gabriel D Wangu said the LPG and POL (petroleum, oil and lubricants) supply situation in the state is under control and urged stakeholders to act responsibly to avoid unnecessary public concern, reports Joken Ete.
Wangu urged citizens not to spread or act upon unverified news.
Chief secretary Manish Kumar Gupta advised households to use LPG judiciously and suggested that commercial establishments, subject to clearance from State Pollution Control Board, may temporarily explore alternative fuels.
