Police investigate assault cases in Kirti Nagar
New Delhi: Police have registered cross-cases after videos related to the assault of a stray dog and a security guard in west Delhi’s Kirti Nagar surfaced online.
Following a complaint, an FIR under the Prevention of Cruelty to Animals Act and BNS provisions was registered against him. Police said the guard also accused animal activist Jasmeet Kaur and others of assaulting him outside the police station.
A separate FIR has been registered on his complaint. Investigation is underway.
