KRISHNAGIRI: Three schoolboys died when a two-wheeler they were travelling on rammed a truck moving in front of it in Hosur on Monday evening. The accident happened when they were returning from school.
The deceased have been identified as B Aryan Singh, 13, M Harish Kumar, 14, and J
Madhan Kumar, 11. All hailed from Anthivadi village. Madhan Kumar and Aryan Singh were studying in Class VIII at Seventh Day Matriculation School while Harish Kumar was a Class IX student the Government Higher Secondary School in Anthivadi.
The accident happened around 500 meters away from Seventh Day School. "Madhan and Aryan Singh died on the spot while Harish Kumar died in a private hospital,” said an officer at the Mathigiri police station.
The bodies were sent to the Hosur Government Hospital for postmortem. The Mathigiri police registered a case. Further investigations are on.
