Mobile internet services have been suspended in Panchkula from 5 pm till Friday evening, while in Chandigarh from Friday till Sunday . Liquor vends will reopen on August 26. All schools, both private and government, would remain shut on Friday. Keeping their safety in mind, market welfare association members closed their shops throughout Panchkula and would keep the shutters down on Friday too.
