2 plastic chair thieves arrested

Chandigarh: Police arrested a 70-year-old woman and a man for allegedly stealing four plastic chairs from a house in Sector 40 on Friday. The accused are Harsh Mahajan, a resident of Sector 52, and Phooli Devi, a resident of Sector 38. Cops said Harsh used to steal chairs and other household items and sell them to Devi at cheaper rates. Police claimed to have recovered four cots, 10 plastic chairs, and a LPG cylinder from the accused
