Odisha third in central scheme implementation
Bhubaneswar: Odisha bagged the third place in the “Connecting Maximum Habitation” category in the Pradhan Mantri Gram Sadak Yojana (PMGSY) on the occasion of the silver jubilee celebration of the central scheme.
Chief minister Mohan Charan Majhi took to X and said that the continuous support of the central govt has enabled the state to achieve this success in the rural sector.
“Through the successful implementation of the central scheme, we are making efforts to include every region of the state in the mainstream of development,” said Majhi, while congratulating all the departmental officials, engineers and everyone involved in this endeavour. The CM said, “The coordinated efforts of the central and state govts are paving the way for a developed and prosperous Odisha.” TNN
