ProXpense partners Pine labs to launch corporate pre-paid cards on AI platform
MUMBAI: ProXpense, an India based AI-first, travel and expense management platform has partnered Pine Labs to launch co-branded corporate prepaid cards, in a move aimed at embedding payments directly into enterprise travel and expense workflows.
The cards, are linked to ProXpense’s travel and expense platform and are designed to replace employee-funded spending and delayed reimbursements with controlled, real-time corporate payments. The companies said the offering seeks to address long-standing gaps in corporate expense management, including limited visibility, weak policy enforcement and slow reconciliation.
“Enterprises today don’t struggle with spending alone, they struggle with control, visibility, and speed,” said Himanshu Singh, founder and CEO of ProXpense. “By embedding payments directly into our expense and travel platform, we are eliminating reimbursements, reducing policy breaches at source, and giving finance teams real-time command over enterprise spend.”
The prepaid cards allow finance teams to set granular spending controls across employees, projects, categories and time periods, while capturing transactions automatically within ProXpense for categorisation, policy checks and approvals. Pine Labs will provide the card-issuing, processing and compliance infrastructure underpinning the programme.
“Enterprises are increasingly seeking payment solutions that actively support governance, compliance, and scale,” said Navin Chandani, president–issuing business at Pine Labs. “The co-branded prepaid cards enable organizations to issue, control, and monitor corporate spending in real time, while ensuring operational efficiency and compliance across teams and locations.”
