Denmark backs early conclusion of India-EU FTA

PM Narendra Modi reiterated India's consistent support for peaceful resolution of Ukraine conflict and early restoration of peace and stability in a phone conversation with his Denmark counterpart Mette Frederiksen, as they discussed issues of regional and global significance. According to an Indian readout, Frederiksen reaffirmed Denmark's strong support for conclusion of a mutually beneficial India-EU Free Trade Agreement (FTA) at the earliest, and for success of AI Impact Summit to be hosted by India in 2026.
