Anshuman Jha unveils teaser poster of Lakadbaggha 2: The Monkey Business

The teaser poster of Lakadbaggha 2: The Monkey Business has been unveiled, marking a special moment for actor-director Anshuman Jha as the announcement coincides with his birthday.
The sequel continues the story of Kolkata-based animal-loving vigilante Arjun Bakshi, who once again takes on cruelty against animals—this time in the forests of Indonesia, expanding the narrative beyond India and highlighting the global issue of wildlife trafficking. The film also brings attention to the endangered Celebes crested macaque, a rare primate native to Indonesia.
Alongside Jha, the film features Sarah Jane Dias, Adil Hussain and Vikram Kochhar, with international martial arts star Sunny Pang and Dan Chupong also joining the cast. Calling the film deeply personal, Jha shared that it is inspired by Hanuman and reflects his belief that humanity’s relationship with nature must be rooted in respect and responsibility.
