<div class="section1"><div class="Normal">Sushmita Sen is forced to postpone her meeting because the flight to Bangalore landed late. She enters the ITC Windsor Sheraton a couple of hours later, freshly scrubbed with a huge smile adorning her face. <br />Sush has changed, she is trimmer, "thanks to my workouts." And motherhood really suits this former Miss Universe, who was in the city to promote the Thums Up challenge. She is the first woman ambassador for the soft drink. "They wanted someone who''s confident of who they are." She''s just that.<br />Being confident and loving is what she is imparting to two-and-a-half year old daughter Renee. "I want to teach her self-love, mind you it is not being self-centred. It is having high self-esteem. I just want her to be herself."<br />Renee, Renee and more Renee follows. "Having resources is a blessing, but it is not enough. Being a mother has its own set of responsibilities." It''s clear that Renee is her priority. Sush is not even thinking of the possibility of having a biological child. <br />But what if she does, some day? "Well, my child will have a readymade sister. And Renee knows she is an adopted baby. When I point to my womb and ask her if she has come from there, Renee says `nah'' and points to my heart and says from there."<br />Adds Sush, "Nobody treats her like a special child. It has been a pleasure having her in my life. I have spoken to her like an adult and told her mamma needs to work for both of us and you must understand. I spend quality time with her. I don''t smother her."<br />With life revolving around Renee, does that leave any space for love? "Not at the moment, there are no signs of any relationship happening. I have always maintained that the man in my life should be a combination of an amazing man, a companion and a father. Renee coming into the horizon has not changed this fact." <br />After working with Meghana Gulzar she has signed Manisha Koirala''s (who has turned a producer) film. Then there is the English version of <span style="" font-style:="" italic="">Astitva </span>called<span style="" font-style:="" italic=""> It Was Raining That Day, </span>one by I Dream Productions and other assignments on hand. </div> </div>
