Tata Harrier EV gets more affordable AWD variant: Price, full details
Tata Motors has expanded the lineup of the Tata Harrier EV. The carmaker has introduced a more accessible all-wheel-drive option as the newly launched Fearless+ QWD 75 variant is priced at Rs 26.49 lakh, ex-showroom, making the dual-motor setup available at a lower entry point than before.
Until now, the Quad Wheel Drive system was limited to the top-spec Empowered trim. With the addition of the Fearless+ QWD 75, buyers can now opt for the all-wheel-drive configuration in a more affordable variant, effectively reducing the entry price for this setup by Rs 2.50 lakh.
The new variant is powered by a 75kWh battery pack and uses a dual-motor setup that produces 313 hp and 504 Nm of torque. This allows the SUV to accelerate from 0 to 100 kmph in just 6.3 seconds. Tata also claims a driving range of up to 622 km on a single charge.
In terms of features, the Fearless+ QWD 75 comes well-equipped with a six-way powered driver seat with memory function and a four-way powered co-driver seat. It also gets ventilated front seats, a voice-assisted dual-zone climate control system, ambient lighting, and rear seat comfort additions such as headrests and sunshades. The SUV is further loaded with a 12.3-inch touchscreen infotainment system, a 10-speaker JBL audio setup, a 360-degree camera, front parking sensors, and a panoramic sunroof. It rides on 19-inch alloy wheels.
Alongside the new variant, Tata Motors has also introduced a fresh Seaweed Green exterior colour, which will now be available across all variants of the Harrier EV.
With this update, the Harrier EV is now offered in multiple trims, including Adventure, Adventure S, Fearless+, and Empowered, with both rear-wheel-drive and all-wheel-drive configurations available. Prices for the range now start at Rs 21.49 lakh and go up to Rs 28.99 lakh, all prices, ex-showroom.
