Big year-end discounts on Hero Vida V1 electric scooter: Check how much can you save
As the calendar year that saw several ups and downs for the electric two-wheeler segment in India prepares to bid farewell on a high note, Hero MotoCorp’s electric scooter brand, Vida, is offering substantial year-end discounts on the purchase of the Vida V1 electric scooter.
The manufacturer is offering discounts of up to Rs 31,000 on the EV. This amount includes an upfront discount of Rs 6,500 on the sticker price of the model, an exchange bonus of Rs 5,000, and a loyalty bonus of Rs 7,500. Besides that, the company is offering a corporate discount of Rs 2,500, a complimentary subscription plan of worth Rs 1,125, and an extended battery warranty worth Rs 8,259.
Moreover, customers seeking financing for the Vida V1 can benefit from finance options, such as low 5.99% interest rates, zero processing fees on loans, and EMIs starting at Rs 2,429. Vida has partnered with banks and NBFCs such as Hero FinCorp, IDFC, and Ecofy for the V1.
The Vida V1 Plus employs a 3.44 kWh battery, providing a claimed range of 143 km. In comparison, the V1 Pro houses a larger 3.94 kWh battery pack that returns a higher claimed range of 165 km. Both variants share the same electric motor, boasting 6 kW peak power and propelling the V1 e-scooter to a claimed top speed of 80 kmph.
After initially struggling to make its mark in the rapidly growing electric two-wheeler scene in the country, Hero, a legacy brand, has bounced back and has been racking impressive numbers lately with the sales of the Vida model. In November, Vida sold 3,030 units of the model, thus registering a massive 57 percent growth as against the 1,935 units sold in the corresponding month last year.
