PM Modi is visiting US on February 12-13 and will hold a meeting with US President Donald Trump.
It is wonderful that PM is going to be back in the US, arriving today. PM was here in 2023 for his arrival visit. I sang Indian National Anthem for PM and my beloved Indian American community...it is exciting that he is coming back and he will be meeting US President.
There is tremendous potential and I think that during PM Mod's visit, the two sides will agree to start the negotiation...covering the...trade issues...it will challenging negotiations...but they would conclude on quite a large trade deal.
We are very excited about the Prime Minister coming here, especially so early in the President's Administration. I think the opportunities for US companies in the energy and natural resources space to deal with and have commercial relationships with Indian companies are unlimited...India needs all forms of energy, including nuclear, but also there is a tremendous demand for energy from coal, oil, LNG - so all those topics should be on the table.
