Nicki Minaj reveals her ‘most meaningful’ gift – a Bible signed by Trump

Rapper Nicki Minaj has revealed what she described as one of the most significant presents she has ever received – a Bible bearing the signature of Donald Trump.

Posting on X, the Trinidad and Tobago-born star wrote: “One of the most meaningful gifts I’ve ever received in my entire life.”




The accompanying image showed a leather-bound volume titled Donald J Trump, 45th President of the United States of America Signature Edition, inscribed with Trump’s autograph. The post quickly drew attention online, with some comments on the post questioning, whether "you can autograph a book that someone else wrote?



The gift comes amid a series of highly visible exchanges between the pair. At a recent White House reception marking Black History Month, Trump singled Minaj out during his remarks in the East Room, telling guests: “I love Nicki Minaj. She was here a couple of weeks ago. She’s so beautiful.” He went on to praise her complexion and joked about her long nails, asking whether they were real — a moment that swiftly went viral.

Minaj has, in turn, embraced her association with the president. During an appearance at the Trump Accounts Summit in Washington, she declared herself “probably the president’s number one fan”, adding: “And the hate or what people have to say, it does not affect me at all. It actually motivates me to support him more.” She has also backed his policy initiatives publicly and appeared alongside him on stage.

Her evolving political stance has surprised some fans of the rapper. In 2018, Minaj criticised Trump’s immigration policies, sharing her own childhood experience of arriving in the United States at five years old. More recently, however, she has spoken warmly about the president’s leadership and faith, saying at a conservative gathering that the administration is “full of people with heart and soul”.
