Candace Owens is again speaking out, and this time she is making a serious claim about a comment she says was meant to harm her mentally. In her latest podcast episode, the conservative commentator said that a warning from Turning Point USA spokesperson Andrew Kolvet was not casual or emotional. She believes it was part of a planned psychological move against her. Candace Owens said the comment came shortly after the death of Charlie Kirk. According to her, Kolvet told her, “It was supposed to be you.” She now claims that statement was designed to shock her, scare her, and silence her when she was already dealing with grief. She explained that the moment stayed with her because it did not feel natural. Instead, she believes it was meant to weaken her state of mind and make her doubt herself. Owens said she was targeted because she was not controlled by any group and spoke freely, even if it cost her money or support.
