Trump threatens 100% tariffs on Russian export buyers: Kremlin says it’s analyzing US warnings; Putin yet to respond

The Kremlin said on Thursday that it was analyzing recent statements by US President Donald Trump regarding possible secondary tariffs against buyers of Russian exports. The remarks were made in response to questions about Trump’s threat to impose 100% tariffs unless a peace deal over Ukraine is reached within 50 days.Kremlin spokesperson Dmitry Peskov told reporters that Russian authorities were continuing to study Trump’s comments. He added that President Vladimir Putin would respond publicly if he considered it necessary.
