From Qatar to Japan: Ten best airports around the world

AirHelp Inc. released its 2024 score report on July 9, ranking the best airports worldwide based on processed claims, on-time performance, customer feedback, and food and shopping quality at 239 airports. Punctuality accounted for 60% of the overall score while Service Quality and Food and Shops contributed 20% each to the cumulative. The analysis was based on data from May 1, 2023, to April 30, 2024. Brasília–Presidente Juscelino Kubitschek Airport ranked fifth in the list of world's best airports. AirHelp gave a cumulative score of 8.32 out of 10 to the airport while it scored 8.6 in the customer opinion category.
