Oman Police declares January 8 as official holiday for staff to mark Annual Day

The Royal Oman Police (ROP) has declared Thursday, January 8, as an official holiday for staff working under the standard office hours system. The announcement comes in recognition of the Annual Police Day, a yearly occasion celebrated every January 5 to mark the contributions and dedication of police personnel across the country.In its statement, ROP clarified that the holiday applies specifically to units following the regular working-hours system.
