'Entire region learning Israel's strength': Netanyahu after attacking Yemen's capital; six killed in Sanaa

Israeli Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu on Sunday said that his country will respond sharply if anyone tries to attack it after targeting Yemen's capital, Sanaa, killing at least six people. Netanyahu, who was observing strikes on Sanaa from Israeli Air Force command centre in Tel Aviv, said that Houthis are paying the price for "their aggression against Israel.""Whoever attacks us, we will attack him. Whoever plans to attack us, we attack him. I think the entire region is learning Israel's strength and determination. The Houthi terrorist regime is learning the hard way that it will pay and is paying a very heavy price for its aggression against Israel," Netanyahu said.The Israeli strike targeted a military compound, where the presidential palace is located, two power stations and a fuel depot. Israeli army said that the strikes were "in response to repeated attacks by the Huthi terrorist regime against the State of Israel and its civilians." Israeli defence ministry also shared a picture in which Netanyahu was seen along with defence minister Israel Katz and military chief Eyal Zamir. Reacting to Israel's latest strike, Houthis vowed to respond, adding that they would "not deviate from the fight" against Israel and US "until the aggression stops and the (Israeli) blockade on Gaza is lifted".
