North Korean leader Kim Jong Un has shocked the world again with the test launch of two advanced air defense missiles and the discovery of a secret missile base near the China border. The missiles, said to have “superior combat capability,” raise new concerns about regional stability. Meanwhile, report reveals the Sinpung-dong base may house nuclear-capable ICBMs, possibly threatening East Asia and even the U.S.
