Dubai RTA celebrates 20 years with month long festivities, discounts, and exclusive giveaways
The Roads and Transport Authority (RTA) of Dubai is commemorating its 20th anniversary with a variety of events, discounts, and giveaways across the city. Commuters can collect exclusive nol cards designed to mark the 20th anniversary. These will be available at all Dubai Metro stations throughout November via ticket vending machines and kiosks.
2. Tram Riders’ Chance to Win The Entertainer UAE 2026 (October 22 – November 2)
Frequent users of the Dubai Tram can participate in a draw to win The Entertainer UAE 2026 booklet. This booklet offers over 10,000 “2-for-1” deals on dining, entertainment, and attractions across the UAE.
3. Tourist Photo Challenge at Dubai Airport (October 28 – November 1)
Visitors arriving at Dubai International Airport (DXB) during this period are invited to join a photo challenge. Participants will receive a welcome pack and may be featured on RTA’s social media pages, promoting interaction and engagement with the authority’s anniversary.
4. Emirates NBD and Nol Card Combo Promotion (November 1 – 15)
At Emirates NBD kiosks located at BurJuman, Union, and Mall of the Emirates Metro Stations, visitors can learn about the “Go4it Card,” a combined Nol and banking card. Giveaway items will also be distributed to attendees.
5. 20-Second Gift Grab at Select Stations (November 1)
At Al Ghubaiba Bus Station (9am – 11am) and Insurance Market Metro Station (11am – 1pm), commuters can enter the RTA20 booth for a limited-time challenge: grab as many gifts as possible in 20 seconds. Prizes range from electronics to chocolates.
6. Photobooth and Giant Art Frames at BurJuman Metro Station (November 1)
From 9am to 5pm, visitors can pose in front of large art installations and receive digital photo copies from the RTA’s interactive photobooth, offering a memorable keepsake.
7. Balloons and Smiles Campaign (November 1)
To spread festive cheer, RTA will distribute balloons and giveaways at several locations on November 1:
Residents and visitors can enjoy 20% off movie tickets at Roxy Cinemas using the promo code RTA20. The same code also grants a 20% discount on Noon online shopping orders during this period.
