LONDON: Pakistani journalist Eshan Qureshi has decided to sue the BBC after the British television network showed him talking to Bob Woolmer in CCTV images.
Qureshi said," The BBC programme hinted at my role in the Woolmer murder case."
Qureshi is suing the BBC for inferring his role in the Bob Woolmer murder which occurred during the recently concluded World Cup in the Caribbean.
Qureshi was seen talking to Woolmer in CCTV camera in Pegasus hotel shortly after he was allegedly killed in his hotel room. Qureshi is suing the BBC for nearly Rs 5 crore for damages.
