Park Bo Ram's untimely demise was reported on April 11, shocking fans and her dear ones. She passed away at the age of 30 and the exact cause of her death is reportedly being probed. As per Chosun Ilbo, the South Namyangju Police Station revealed that Park Bo Ram collapsed in the bathroom while socializing and drinking with two friends at one of their homes around 9:55 pm on April 11. Her friends immediately contacted emergency services upon noticing that Park Bo Ram had not come out of the bathroom. The report further stated that Park Bo Ram was discovered lying unconscious on her stomach in front of the vanity by her friends. And despite their efforts to administer CPR, she did not regain consciousness. Emergency services reportedly transported her to Hanyang University Hospital, Guri branch, where she was declared deceased at 11:17 pm on April 11. The police reportedly intend to request the National Forensic Service to conduct an autopsy to determine the precise cause of her passing.

Owning to the massive popularity of 'Queen of Tears', the makers this week announced a two-episode extension for the Korean drama.
