"Mama's little helper," Meghan wrote in the caption.

According to PEOPLE, the post came just one day before Meghan was set to travel to Switzerland, where she will join World Health Organization Director-General Dr. Tedros Adhanom Ghebreyesus and global health leaders at the inauguration of the Lost Screen Memorial in Geneva's Place des Nations, ahead of the opening of the 79th World Health Assembly.
