How many surgeries? Kendall Jenner finally spills the TRUTH about her cosmetic procedures
Let’s be real — if you’ve even glanced at pop culture in the last decade, you know the Kardashians and Jenners practically built their empire on “unrealistic” beauty standards, with a little help from cosmetic procedures. Plastic surgeons love them. Their before-and-after photos are everywhere, waved around like trophies.
But lately, there’s a new twist. This family has started getting a bit more open about what’s real — and what’s not. Remember when Kylie Jenner finally talked about her breast augmentation? Now it’s Kendall’s turn.
Kendall Jenner, supermodel and constant tabloid headline, just came out and settled years of rumors about her looks. She got real on the In Your Dreams podcast with Owen Thiele. After a decade of fans and online “experts” analyzing her face and picking apart every photo, Kendall finally gave her side.
She said, point-blank, she’s never had plastic surgery on her face. No nose job. No rhinoplasty. No facelift. No big surgical changes at all, even though the internet keeps insisting otherwise.
In her own words, "I've never had any plastic surgery on my face, nothing."
What has she actually done?
Kendall says she’s only ever tried “baby Botox” in her forehead—and she only did it twice. She didn’t love it. She missed having her natural facial expressions, especially the way her eyebrows and forehead move. That’s it for injectables.
Kendall told Owen Thiele on his podcast In My Dreams, “I told you, the only thing I've done twice is I've done baby Botox in my forehead." She added, "I didn't love it, and I don't love it. I consider it sometimes, but then I'm like, 'My eyebrows are so straight and low to my eyes, that I actually really enjoy the movement that I have.'"
Kendall also mentioned trying PRP (Platelet-Rich Plasma), a non-surgical skin treatment that uses your own blood cells to help with skin texture and fine lines. Lots of people use PRP to boost collagen or help their skin heal, and Kendall puts it in the skincare category, not surgery. As per her, "If anything, I did it for fine lines. Other than that, I've only done PrP."
Sometimes people combine PRP with microneedling or similar treatments, but Kendall’s clear — these are non-surgical, not anything like going under the knife. That already makes her different from some of her sisters and friends who’ve talked openly about more invasive procedures.
During the interview, the supermodel didn’t hide her frustration about social media. Kendall shared that she hates when doctors or influencers act like they know every detail about a celebrity’s face and announce what “work” they think someone’s had. She said these videos are not just wrong — they’re dangerous, especially for young people who start believing they need surgery to look a certain way.
Kendall also brought up that people change over time — she mentioned aging, normal changes in features, and things like acne medication (she took Accutane) as reasons her look has changed, not surgery.

What’s happening?
For years, people have claimed Kendall had major work done — nose jobs, facelifts, you name it. There are endless social media videos “breaking down” her supposed procedures. But Kendall says most of that is flat-out wrong. In her own words, "I've never had any plastic surgery on my face, nothing."
