Manipur violence: Tension spreads to other northeastern states as Meiteis flee Mizoram

The continued ethnic strife in Manipur could be spreading to other northeastern states too. Now, some Meiteis living in Mizoram have fled the state after threats were issued by a militant group to them. Although the Mizoram government has assured security, the Meitei families fled to Assam.
