In Mangaluru, rains continued to play havoc in the coastal districts of Dakshina Kannada. Rivers are flowing to the brim. A portion of Pilikula Biological Park (Zoo) was also flooded. Plenty of landslides marked a fearful day for residents residing in the undulated terrains of the Coast. Meanwhile, Batapady at Uchila near Ullal continued with sea erosion. The District Administration declared a holiday for schools and colleges for the whole week.
