US: Bernie Sanders slams Trump over response to anti-CAA clashes in India

The American opposition slammed President Trump and India over the widespread violence that has overtaken the country in the past few days. The U.S House Panel has also expressed its concern and has urged India to make serious efforts. Bernie Sanders tweeted that India was home to over 200 million Muslims and brought attention to the 27 dead in the clashes happening in the capital. He also slammed Trump’s response to the situation when he said- ‘That's up to India’ and called it a failure of leadership on human rights.
