The once bustling streets adorned with snow-clad landscapes now echo with a noticeable silence, as the dearth of snow leads to a significant decline in tourist footfall. Due to the absence of snowfall, locals dependent on tourism are facing economic hardship as it has affected the footfall of tourists. Amid this predicament, a collective plea to the heavens emerges, as those most affected fervently pray for a transformative snowfall to revive both the beauty of Srinagar and the economic lifeline it depends upon.As the people of Srinagar hold onto hope for a timely and bountiful snowfall, the plea is not just for a scenic transformation but for a resurgence of life and prosperity.
