Aam Aadmi party leader, Gopal Rai who was asked by Anna Hazare to keep away from his fasting site after he got involved in a spat with former Army Chief Gen V K Singh, today said that it was pre decided that the platform will be used only to talk about Lokpal but Gen VK Singh diverted the topic.
