Somnath’s SLP turns infructuous as SC rejects it

AAP MLA Somnath Bharti’s SLP (Special Leave Petition) turned infructuous as the Supreme Court rejected it in the domestic violence case filed against him by his wife. Somnath Bharti’s lawyer Vijay Aggarwal said that the Supreme Court asked his wife Lipika Mitra whether she is willing to go for mediation for which she replied in the negative.
