Congress leader Priyanka Gandhi will accompany former Wayanad MP Rahul Gandhi to Surat for his appearance in a court to appeal against his conviction in a defamation case, as per reports. Rahul has been awarded a two-year jail sentence in the 2019 defamation case. Congress expects that the court will take up the matter today itself.
