Police identify group behind Kashmir attack which killed one civilian

Police have said the militant group that was behind the killing of a civilian in Jammu and Kashmir has been identified. The victim, identified as Meraj-ud-din Dar (40), was shot dead by unidentified gunmen when he was going to his poultry shop. This is the fifth time a civilian has been killed since late May.
