“Opposition unity only in newspapers: BJP leader CT Ravi

BJP leader and party candidate from Chikmaglur, CT Ravi on April 12 expressed gratitude towards the party for announcing his candidature. He said, “52 new people have been given the opportunity to contest this election. BJP keeps doing new experiments. New candidates were brought during the Gujarat elections also. BJP is strong on the ground in the state.”Further, he said, “The opposition’s unity is seen in newspapers only. Congress, JD(S), and other parties are contesting separately. They say that they will unite to fight against BJP. But that is not visible on the ground.
