Nirav Modi to be extradited to India, UK court rules

A UK court on Thursday ruled that fugitive diamantaire Nirav Modi can be extradited to India to face charges of fraud and money laundering amounting to an estimated $2 billion. A UK Judge said that there was no evidence that Nirav Modi would not get justice if extradited. Arguments such as worsening mental health and Indian prison conditions were dismissed.
