Najma A Heptullah was sworn in as the 18th Governor of Manipur. The acting Chief Justice of High Court of Manipur, Rakesh Ranjan Prasad, administered the oath of office and secrecy in a simple function at the Raj Bhavan’s Darbar Hall in Imphal.
