Motorcycle responder to help accident, landslide victims in Chamoli

Chief minister Trivendra Singh Rawat during a function in Chamoli district on Thursday, flagged off five medical first responders - motorcycles with a cart attached to it - to help carry road mishap victims and patients to hospitals in quick time.
