Ahead of the special session of the Parliament, the National Flag hoisting ceremony took place at the new Parliament Building on Sept 17. Rajya Sabha Chairman and Vice President Jagdeep Dhankhar hoisted the National Flag at Gaj Dwar. On this special occasion and while talking to media Jagdeep Dhankhar said that it’s a historic moment and Bharat is witnessing an epochal change."It is a historic moment. Bharat is witnessing epochal change. The world is in total recognition of mighty power and contribution of Bharat. We are living in times, where we are witnessing development, achievements which we never dreamt of..." said Rajya Sabha Chairman Jagdeep Dhankar
