While speaking to the media persons, Chhattisgarh Chief Minister Bhupesh Baghel said that in terms of education, India is at the bottom. “We are definitely ahead in population, but in terms of poverty and education, we are at the bottom. We are behind even our neighbouring countries, so how can we become Vishwa Guru?” he said.
