‘Get your booster dose right away’: Dr SP Byotra of Sir Gangaram Hospital on rising Covid-19 cases

India has reported a surge in Covid-19 cases with over 800 cases being reported in a single day on March 18. The rise in Covid-19 cases comes amid rise in normal flu cases as well as the more virulent H3N2 infection. Dr Byotra says that people will also have to take precautions like wearing masks in crowded places not going out while having symptoms. He also said that those who haven’t taken their booster doses should do so right now.
