Pressure is building on China to blacklist Masood Azhar. After France, Germany is set to designate him as a global terrorist. Germany has joined countries like the US, UK and France in trying to nominate Jaish-e-Mohammad chief Masood Azhar as a terrorist. This is a big diplomatic victory for India.
