The Election Commission has sought the speech details of Congress president Mallikarjun Kharge, Home Minister Amit Shah and UP CM Yogi Adityanath. BJP and the congress have written to the poll panel, seeking a ban on campaigning by the three leaders for the upcoming Karnataka poll.
