Eight-year-old Madipalli Roop Aurouna took charge as the Police Commissioner of Hyderabad. Aurouna is a thalasaemic patient and his dream to become a police commissioner was fulfilled by a non-profit organization that grants wishes of children with life threatening medical conditions.
