Congress to field Surendra Kumar from Gandhi Nagar seat

The Congress has decided to field Surendra Kumar from the Gandhi Nagar seat which is considered as a Congress bastion in Delhi assembly polls. The seat was earlier contested by the DPCC chief Arvinder Singh Lovely.
