Chhattisgarh liquor scam: AAP calls for Rahul Gandhi's questioning, Bhupesh Baghel's arrest

In Chhattisgarh, the Bhupesh Baghel government has been accused of orchestrating a Rs 2,000 crore liquor scam. Reacting to the ED charge, the Aam Aadmi Party, that has been battling a similar case in Delhi, has called for Rahul Gandhi's questioning by the ED and for the arrest of CM Bhupesh Baghel. Explaining the charge, AAP leader Saurabh Bharadwaj said that an entire parallel system was created by the Congress govt through which liquor was sold to people such that the taxes that should go in govt coffers were collected in cash. He said that a sum of Rs 2,000 crore is involved and a good part of the money has gone to the Congress high command. Bharadwaj said that the ED is going soft on Congress.
