Can’t reform agriculture sector with 18th-century mentality: PM Modi

Prime Minister slammed opposition parties in the Lok Sabha and said that we can not reform the agriculture sector in the 21st century with the mentality of 18th century. PM Modi said that several innovations in the last few years have benefitted small farmers across the country. PM Modi also quoted Swami Vivekanand in his speech. Swami Vivekanand had said "Every nation has a message to deliver, ambition to fulfill, destination to reach", PM Modi said in his speech.
